It's bright and airy and so close to the sea, you can smell it. There is no sea view but neither do you have noise from traffic on the promenade. This property is in a quiet cul-de-sac just metres from the beach. The sunny, semi covered terrace enables you to eat outside whatever the weather. The apartment is on 2nd floor reached by lifts or stairs. Security foyer . All shops/restaurants round the corner. We provide refreshments for guests upon arriving and many foodstuffs in the cupboards. We also provide shampoo/shower gel in the bathroom. Beach towels, mats, umbrella are all on hand in the terrace cupboard plus for rain. Brand new air conditioning and electric shutters keep the property cool in those hotter days or if not too hot, all rooms open on to the terrace so you can fling those doors wide and let the sunshine in! (heating in winter). Please note our check in time is 3pm-8pm- there is a charge for late evening arrivals. PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO COVER ANY EVENTUALITY. YOUR PAYMENT IS NON REFUNDABLE BUT I CAN GIVE YOU DOCUMENTATION FOR YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE.

All shops are within 2 minutes walk plus an array of restaurants The new tramway is 7 minutes walk direct to the airport or town centre high street. Beach is 2 minutes straight across the promenade.
