Property info

"Coccinelle" is a spacious 35m2 studio, brand new renovated in 2018. It is tastefully decorated, perfectly equipped to enjoy your stay. You will appreciate the spacious bathroom, with its large Italian shower and quality towels provided. King Size bedding (160) is brand new and comfortable. The living room is equipped with a large 50 inch 4K screen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and sheets are provided. Soap, shampoo, Nespresso capsules, tea and jam are also offered for the first days of your stay. For your daily shopping, all the shops and the city markets are directly close to the building. We are also happy to offer a welcome basket (water, appetizer, juice...).

Neighborhood info

Apartment in the heart of the city center 2 minutes from Place Massena, the pedestrian zone and all its shops and restaurants. Located on the famous Avenue Jean Medecin and its big brands (Sephora perfumes, Zara, H & M, Lafayette Galleries, Nice Star, Yves Rocher Fnac, etc ...). The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches is less than 10 minutes walk. The old city, the opera, and tons of restaurants are 5 minutes walk. You will be in the very popular "Carre d'Or".
