Apartment with customized hotel services. Designed as a real two-room apartment ideal to receive 2 travelers. It is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, you will be in the heart of the Grimaldi district and the golden square with all the chic shops of Nice, good restaurants, local shops and the sea at 170 meters on foot . Access by tramway whose station is at the foot of the building (from the airport is very convenient). The apartment is very central and perfectly quiet because it overlooks a courtyard, facing south so very bright while having the comfort of air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the heart of the golden square and Grimaldi pedestrian area with these many restaurants, local shops, with good neighborhood bakeries, chic boutiques and trends, Galleries Lafayettes are located right in front of the house. building, Alphone Karr street and its chic shops in decoration and clothing at 80 meters hardly.
