Cocoonr offers you the opportunity to rent this 96 m² house in Formiguères, which sleeps up to 6 people. It comprises a 50 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. On the ground floor you will find: - A 50 m² living room with TV, a dining area, a relaxation area and a double sofa bed (140 x 190). - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room - Separate WC Upstairs you'll find : - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140 x 190) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90 x 190) that can be joined to form a double bed Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). The house is ideally located in Formiguères, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house (except in case of snow) or in the village. The garage can accommodate a car if it is not blocked by snow. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - The nearest train station is Mont-Louis - La Cabanasse, about 15-20 minutes by shuttle or car from Formiguères. - Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport (PGF) is the nearest airport, about 64 km away (about 1 hr 30 min drive). The house is perfectly situated for winter sports: - 5 minutes from the Formiguères ski resort - 10 minutes from Les Angles - Skiing, snowshoeing, sledging, walks in the snow... Everything is within easy reach. - Free shuttle to the ski slopes In summer, there's plenty to do in the great outdoors: - Hiking, lakes, picnics in the mountains - Forest walks, farmers' markets, village events - Quiet family moments in an authentic, soothing setting
