The 220 m² rental consists on the ground floor of a large living room with a lounge and fireplace offering a direct view of the Gulf, a living room and an equipped kitchen. On this same level, there is an office and a separate toilet. The first floor consists of 4 beautiful bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view: 2 bedrooms with 2 90X200 beds adjustable to 1X180 and two bedrooms with a 160X200 bed. You will find a bathroom with a view of the Gulf, two shower rooms, one of which has a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with a connected speaker and a subscription to Canal channels. Outside, you will enjoy a garden with a superb view, 3 terraces, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs as well as a private heated swimming pool, open from 01/06/23 to 15/09/23 (dimensions 8mx4m, depth 1.80m). Gîte adjoining an apartment occasionally occupied by the owners.
