The cottage forms part of the Chateau’s 40 acre Estate. It is situated within the historic walled garden. In the opposite corner to the cottage is the chapel which dates back to c1650. Accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. Typical for the type of building, the stairs are steep and of various depths. The bedroom has open beams which give a maximum 6ft headroom. In addition to the bathroom / ensuit on the 2nd floor there is also a further hidden toilet on the 1st floor which is entered via the bookcase.

Thé property is set back off the road and away from other neighbouring properties.
Garlan village is a 5 minute drive and offers a bar, bakery, hairdressers and church
Morlaix is a 10 minute drive. There are many restaurants and wine bars in this historic town.
