Agence Cocoonr B&P offers you in the commune of Brandivy, this charming house of a surface of 70 m ² and being able to accomodate 4 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 33 m², an open plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room as well as a terrace to enjoy the beautiful days. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 33 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A shower room with Italian shower. - Separate toilet. On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: two single beds. Outside : - A large wooden terrace of about 24 m², facing South and West with a screen on two sides, not overlooked. Outdoor furniture, table and chairs, available. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - On request: griddle, steam cooker. - The sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space if required. - Washing machine available in the shared laundry located in the manor house and not in the gîte. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. The house is ideally located in Brandivy, in a very pleasant environment in the countryside, ideal for resting among the trees, in the perimeter of the old Cistercian abbey founded in 1138. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby. Activities : - Sights: Vannes (the ancient medieval city, at the gateway to the Gulf of Morbihan), the Quiberon peninsula, the old town of Auray and the popular port of Saint-Goustan, the forests of Lanvaux, Fleuranges and Camors, the thousand-year-old city of Josselin... - Sporting activities : Hiking, cycling and horse riding, accrobranche in the forest of Camors - Cultural visits : Megalithic sites (Carnac and its alignments), cruises on the Gulf of Morbihan (an inland sea dotted with islands and famous for its oysters), the castle of Suscinio... - Gastronomic heritage: oysters, salted butter caramel, Quiberon niniches... Parking : To park your car, there is a collective outdoor car park located at the entrance of the domain.
