Beautiful 1881 Bâtisse gersoise with a pigeon house on 1.2Ha fenced land. The barn has been converted into a comfortable high standards 120m2 gîte featuring oak beams, exposed stone walls & travertin tiles. Ground floor: living/dining room with ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, spacious bedroom (24m2) with ceiling fan. 1st floor: large open plan area (60m2) with a double bed, sofa bed and single bed. 9mx4m pool and 120m2 terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture. Please note that, due to heatwaves, the pool terrace will be tiled in Autumn. The pool is currently fully functional and will provide you with many hours of well-being and relaxation.
Multilingual Host: French native speaker fluent in English & very good commands of Spanish.
Located 5min drive to Marciac and its famous Jazz Festival & lively shops and cafés/restaurants. 250m private way leading to an electric gate for privacy and security. Only 3 min drive from the charming little village of Tillac, 35min from Tarbes and Auch. IMPORTANT: Please note that the Golf of Château de Pallanne is currently closed until further notice.
