85 m2 apartment in the center of the Corsair City with 2 large bedrooms, a 40 m2 living room and dining area. Plenty of storage. Fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area, large bathroom and separate toilet. Spacious apartment, very bright (rare Intra-Muros). The beautiful old parquet flooring gives a warm atmosphere. Bedding is provided. Towels and end of stay cleaning are optional. A rental contract will be established between the parties and rental risk insurance requested. There is no parking in the building. There is the possibility of public parking Intra-Muros but rare in season and very expensive. There is cheap long-term parking accessible by shuttle from Intra-Muros. See all the information and prices on the website of the city of Saint Malo. Ideal for a family stay.
I am retired and I share my time between France and Singapore, the country of my wife Katty After a long career during which I traveled the globe, I chose Saint Malo as a place of relaxation and rest. After a few days spent in the Paris region, I often feel the need to escape to find the City and the sea a few hundred meters away. And without needing a car. In Intra-Muros we are also in the city. I offer my apartment for rent a few weeks a year only. Do not hesitate to contact me for more information.
The accommodation is located in the very center of the Intra-Muros, near the Cathedral. Bon-Secours beach and its seawater swimming pool are 250 meters away. All shops, the market, restaurants, bars are nearby and everything can be done on foot without the car. Parking in Saint-Malo and in Intra-Muros is regulated. All the details as well as the map of the parking zones and prices are available on the dedicated website of the Saint-Malo Town Hall under the parking section.
