Welcome to the newly renovated Kimi Résidence. Looking for a cosy and calm location in Cannes? Kimi Residence is the place for you. Kimi offers free parking on the base first come first served (we have parking for 11-12 cars for 17 rooms/apartments) as well as all the amenities you require for a relaxing stay in Cannes. Located in the most prestigious suburb of Cannes, Kimi Residence is away from the noise and business of the city. The beach is still close being 25 minutes walk away or 5-7 minutes by car.

Neighborhood info

Our area is well served by bus to go to the beach or to other villages on the Côte d'Azur. Superette and restaurants in 5 - 7 minutes walk and the Croisette, markets and beaches in ca 25 minutes walk. The Clinique Oxford (hospital) is in ca 500 m distance.
