The Kosykasa SPA is a small bourgeois mansion typical of the city center of Cannes. Its essential qualities are to provide easy access on foot to the hustle and bustle of the city center and the city's main attractions while being positioned in an extremely quiet and residential street in the Prado and Prince of Wales district. But it is above all the comfort of its apartments, from the spacious 35 m2 studio to the beautiful 115 m2 duplex that you will find under the name "kosykasa les princes"; Their common point is being as cozy as they are warm; With a distinct and careful decoration you can spend a short stay of at least 2 nights for a weekend getaway, business, vacation or for long stays thanks to their equipment "like at home" where nothing is missing for work, cook food with friends or have fun with large screen TVs, Netflix and wifi of course. Finally, the incredible advantage is being able to enjoy privately for an hour or two a real SPA with its latest generation infrared sauna, a large hammam shower and a spacious Jacuzzi for 4 people. Open by reservation and privately closed only from July 1 to September 15, ask for our hourly rates, for stays of more than 5 nights between October and March 10, we offer you a relaxation session at the kosy spa, not forgetting no reservation 1 day in advance
