Reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, and Saturday to Sunday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30. Please note that these hours may be subject to change, so we kindly recommend contacting the residence prior to arrival. For stays of one week, keys are handed over from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10:00 on the day of departure. Room rates include accommodation, bed linen, charges, a cleaning kit, and taxes (excluding tourist tax and application fee). All units are equipped with bed linen, towels, and a cleaning kit. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment. WiFi is available in the public areas of the property.
