It is nested in a beautiful 9000m² (90,000 sqft) Mediterranean garden composed of woodlands and guarrigue, a unique feature for the region! This iconic house comes with a beautiful concrete swimming pool and offers a spectacular panoramic view of sea, the Cap de Nice, the Cap Ferrat, the country side and the mighty Alps. All the famous sport and cultural sites are within short distance and will provide you with the most rewarding activities in the region. This unique home is ready to welcome you for a privileged experience, featuring one of the most sought-after scenery in the world. Exclusively for non smoking persons. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR
Born in Nice, we are deighted to share with you our passion for this unique nest above the Promenade des Anglais. During our childhood, we met and share time with the farmer in his small shed, preparing the flowers. We decided to make this idyllic place back to life. We rebuild it, keeping its heart, adding nice finishing touches and allowing us to rest when we are back in the region.
