Ce splendide appartement T3 fraichement rénové dans une bâtisse historique fera de votre séjour en Touraine un moment inoubliable en plein centre-ville. Vous apprécierez particulièrement tous les élément d'époque parfaitement conservés comme la somptueuse cheminée en Tuffeau, les imposantes portes en chêne et la petite cour pavée privative. Votre dormirez dans des lits King size de qualité hôtelière et pourrez profiter de l'intimité des deux salles de douches privatives.
L'appartement est situé entre la place du grand marché et les Halles de Tours. En plein coeur de la vielle ville, vous profiterez du marché et des halles de Tours, de la place Plumereau et de ses animations, bars et restaurants au milieu de cette architecture médiévale et authentique. Depuis la cour du grand marché, Tours se visite à pied et votre voiture sera en sécurité dans le parking qui vous est réservé, à 2 minutes à pied. Aussi, cet appartement sera le camp de base parfait pour explorer la tourraine et les châteaux de la Loire. Tout est accessible à pied depuis notre appartement en plein coeur du vieux Tours.
