❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️ From June 2025 Air conditioning ❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️ Our villa has everything you need to take a real break with your family or friends - absolute peace and quiet, stylish, well thought-out and high-quality furnishings and equipment and yet within a short driving distance of the centre of life. Do you want to spend a few days away from the property and enjoy wonderful moments and relaxation with your nearest and dearest? - Then ‘Villa La Genestière’ is just the place for you. The children can play in the saltwater infinity pool, play darts, table tennis, boules or one of the many board games and the parents can enjoy the stunningly beautiful 180-degree panoramic view over the valleys, the Esterel mountains and the Côte d'Azur with a view of the sea between the mountain valleys over a glass of wine from stylish and high-quality glasses. An excellently equipped kitchen, in which it is fun to prepare the many great foods of the region, is just as much a part of it for us as children's crockery, high chairs, safety rails for the beds, pool toys, changing table or a wrought-iron pool fence or pool heating that can be booked in addition. And if you fancy a TV evening, we have booked all the usual German free TV channels for you as well as international channels and a large DVD collection with children's films on site.
We are Stephan and Eva with our children. For many years we have been guests in holiday homes all over France, from Brittany to the Atlantic coast and the south of France. We particularly fell in love with this region around Seillans. Firstly, the weather here is simply consistently better, more consistent and warmer than in Brittany or on the Atlantic coast and secondly, we like the friendly and authentic people, the landscape, the vineyards, the unspoilt nature, the many food producers and the many great restaurants here so much. Here you can find the real France, real markets, real food straight from the region - just like in the film ‘A Good Year’ with Russell Crowe. And if you fancy glamour, high society or cool beach bars where the kids play in the sand and you can enjoy a cocktail with cool music, you can be there in around 45 minutes. We love to have our peace and quiet and enjoy days just at the holiday home with wonderful dishes from the kitchen, from the barbecue or simply fresh from the producer's market in Fayence, great wine from the region and happy children in and around the pool. We love to cook for or with friends and therefore our kitchen is furnished and equipped to a standard rarely found in holiday homes - from high-quality wine and champagne glasses to good chef's knives and great cooking pots - everything is there to enjoy a holiday at the highest level with our loved ones. We hope you enjoy our holiday home as much as we do and wish you many magical moments!

You can browse to your heart's content in the boutiques and art galleries and celebrate sweet idleness in the squares. Seillans is a piece of living history that embodies exactly what many travellers long for but rarely find.
