The villa, located in Roquefort les Pins, between Nice and Cannes, is unique in its location, built on a former stone quarry with its free-form swimming pool and rock face. La villa des Carriers est une maison typiquement méditerranéenne, spacieuse et largement ouverte sur la pinède. Le logement met à votre disposition: • Piscine privée au cœur de la nature • 3 grandes terrasses aménagées • Grand séjour de 80 m², ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale • climatisation réversible dans toutes les pièces de la maison. • Cheminée ( bois fourni) • Barbecue Weber • Table de ping-pong, jeux de société • Cuisine entièrement équipée (Nespresso, lave-vaisselle, etc.) • 3 chambres confortables (2 au RDC + 1 suite à l’étage avec terrasse) • 2 salles de bains, 3 WC • Salle de jeux/ cinéma et une véranda de 20 m². • Garage + plusieurs places de parking sont à votre disposition Vous séjournez: • À 10 minutes des plages en voiture • À 15 minutes de l’aéroport de Nice • À 8 min de Valbonne, 15 min de Saint-Paul-de-Vence et 25 min de Cannes.
