Please note that there is little mobile phone reception on site.

The property is accessed by a small mountain road.

During winter season, the chalet is only accessible by foot. Guests' car can be parked 50 metres from the chalet.

Please note that the snack bar is open from April through September.

Bed linen and towels can be rented on site at the following additional costs:

- EUR 18 for a double bed;

- EUR 12 for a single bed;

- EUR 9 per person for towels.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies.

Dogs weighing less than 10 kg are allowed in the property.

All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations.

Dogs weighing less than 40 kg are allowed in the property.

Please note that swim shorts are not permitted.

Baby equipment is available on request at the establishment, at an additional cost.

All holidaymakers must respect the rules displayed at the entrance to the pool. The swimming pools of the campsite are not supervised, therefore children can only access the pools accompanied and supervised by an adult. In accordance with legislation, swim shorts, full-body swimsuits, burkinis, clothing and diving suits are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool, even with a medical certificate, because they do not comply with hygiene measures. Only swimwear such as briefs or fitted swim trunks for men, and one-piece or twopiece swimsuits for women, will be permitted (the same applies for children).

Access to the Swimming Pool : For hygiene and safety reasons, access to the swimming pool is permitted only with appropriate swimwear. Street clothing (such as T-shirts, shorts, dresses, etc.) is not permitted in the aquatic area. All customers must wear swimwear to enter the pool.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
