Alan and Elodie are delighted to welcome you to their newly renovated, one-bedroom, ground-floor apartment, ideally located 6 minutes from Saint-Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale, and on the road to Mont-Saint-Michel. Located in the heart of the beaches of a commune in the Pays de Saint-Malo region, you'll have access to all amenities on foot. Buses are also available to reach your chosen destinations. A travel cot is available upon request, subject to availability. A first roll of toilet paper and trash bag are provided. Cleaning is required before your departure to ensure the apartment is as it was upon your arrival. A cleaning option is available for 40euros, excluding dishes, to be paid to the on-site housekeeper, whom we will notify if you prefer this option. Linens are available upon request for those who cannot bring their own. (Check-out before 10 a.m. if provided And Supply possible even at the last minute.) I have a four-space parking lot. If it is full, numerous free spaces are available nearby (see photo). I will send you a detailed message with the codes one week before your arrival via the booking messaging system. Please confirm receipt. I can be reached by message daily from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
