The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency propose to you to rent, on the commune of Barèges, within a residence to 1230 meters of altitude, this charming duplex of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accommodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an open kitchen equipped, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 14 m² with a view of the mountain of Ariden. Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed. - An alcove with a single bed (90x190). - A shower room with shower, WC and hair dryer. On the first floor : - A living room of 25 m² giving onto a terrace with TV, sofa bed. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates, washing machine, coffee maker, multifunction food processor, raclette set... Outside : - A balcony of about 7 m² facing West, mountain view, accessible from the living room with furniture. - A garden accessible from the room with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in supplement (rent and payment to be made with our partner on the spot). - Pets are allowed for an additional fee of 10e/stay, one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify when booking. - Private ski room. - The accommodation is entirely non-smoking.

The apartment is ideally located in Barèges, in a very pleasant environment within a quiet residential area. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants (Le Bistrot and le Vin'4), bars, market... Activities : You are in the heart of the Great Pyrenean Sites: The Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the Cirque de Gavarnie, the Néouvielle reserve and the Pont d'Espagne de Cauterêts. WINTER : downhill skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling... At 2,6 kms from the ski slopes of the vast Domaine du Grand Tourmalet, accessible by car or by free shuttles. Close to the thermal baths, the thermo-ludic center and the ski-bus shuttles (300 m). SUMMER : Hiking to the lakes, mountain biking on the slopes, paragliding... Events : The town hall of Barèges has an animation service. There is an animation program for every day of the year. Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the apartment with numbered place. As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus at 300 meters. - Cab on reservation. - Nearest train station: Lourdes train station located at about 45 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Pau-Pyrenees airport located at about 1H29 by car.
