Our apartment is perfect for couples, travellers, families with children, but not suitable for people looking for noisy parties. The apartment was fully renovated in 2016, it is situated 5 minutes walk from the village centre in a quite residential area, 2 kilometres from the beach. You can quickly get to the beach by car or by local bus. You can use open terrace for meals and part of the garden where children could play, we have toys for children.We do not supply bed linen and towels and we would prefer you bring your own but, if necessary we can supply linen towels for an extra charge. See the fine print below for current charges. At the end of the stay you can clean the apartment yourself, or the cleaner will do it for thirty five euros. The local tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartment and we will advise you of the amount to pay upon receiving your booking.. We can meet you at Perpignan airport or railway station for extra price and bring to the apartment. The damage deposit is 150 euros in cash which will be returned in cash in full if nothing is damaged. Pets are allowed for extra fee. It is strictly no smoking apartment.
We retired and moved to France from England in spring 2016. We fully refurbished part of the villa and made a gite with separate entrance. We love this small village Argeles sur mer with beautiful nature mountains and warm sea. Irina and Peter
