Alan and Elodie are delighted to welcome you to their newly renovated, star-rated T2 ground floor apartment, ideally located 6 minutes from Saint Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale, and on the road to Mont St Michel. Located in the heart of the beaches in a commune in the Pays de St Malo, you will have access to all amenities on foot. Buses are also available to reach the places of your choice. Travel cot on request depending on availability. First roll of toilet paper and first garbage bag provided. Cleaning is to be done in order to leave the apartment as it was upon your arrival. A cleaning option is available at 40 euros, excluding dishes, to be paid to the on-site cleaning lady, whom we will inform if you wish this option. Linen on request for those who cannot bring it (departure before 10 a.m. if provided, and provision possible even at the last minute). I have a 4-space parking lot if it is full, many free spaces are available around (see photo) I will send you a detailed message with the codes 1 week before your arrival on the booking messaging, please confirm its good reception. I can be reached by message every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
