Magnificent apartement of 35m2 on the 3rd floor (no elevator), completely renovated, equipped with air conditioner. It features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed 160х200, central air conditioning, 1 sofa, an equipped kitchen, a Nespresso coffee machine, coffee + tea, bathroom, a washing machine, a hairdryer, fiber optic Wi-Fi etc. The apartment is ideally located for exploring the historic city centre by foot, just a stone's throw away from the belfry and its iconic square. The Cardeurs car park (paid) is located 100 meters away, while the Pasteur Parking (paid) is 450 meters away. Check-in and check-out will be conducted in person. I will meet you at a time that is convenient for you and assist you with your luggage. Luggage service: You have the option to leave your luggage after check-out and retrieve it later in the day. Taxi service: Aix TGV 40 euros Aéroport 50 euros
