Magnificent, tastefully decorated 110 m2 apartment. Fully equipped for ideal family vacations. The apartment offers a beautiful 40m2 terrace to enjoy evenings over a meal; an outdoor area surrounded by pine trees. The apartment is located in a residence 300 meters from one of Cassis' famous beaches, Le Bestouan, 300 meters on foot from the little port of Cassis. Free parking (for one car) is available in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. This 110 m2 apartment has a magnificent 40 m2 terrace with a Plancha. A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a bright living room. 3 spacious bedrooms, one with a private bathroom (one with a 160 x 200 bed, a second with a 140x200 bed and a third with a 130/140x200 sofa bed). WIFI and air-conditioning at your disposal. Spacious bathroom with double washbasin and walk-in shower. Bed linen and towels are available as an optional extra, payable on site (20 Euros per room).
