Très bel appartement de standing de 86 m², au 2ème étage d'une très belle copropriété avec ascenseur. Dès votre arrivée, la cour de la copropriété vous invitera au voyage. Nous vous informons que la literie est neuve (depuis Mars 2026 ), marque française Duault. L'appartement très haut de plafond est composé d'une grande pièce salon séjour avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Deux grandes chambres doubles, avec chacune un lit de 160/200 , situées sur l'arrière cour au calme, avec rangements, penderies. Une belle salle d'eau et un wc séparé avec espace lingerie où vous trouverez lave linge et sèche linge complètent ce logement. Se situant dans une rue perpendiculaire à la fameuse place Chateaubriand, au cœur de l’Intra-Muros, il vous permettra de vivre au rythme des vacances ou des manifestations malouines. Tous les commerces, les plages, le palais des congrès, le bassin Vauban ou les parkings publics couverts ou aériens sont à moins de 100m. Vous disposerez d'un accès wifi gratuit et nous fournissons les draps, les serviettes ainsi que les torchons. Votre lit sera préparé pour votre arrivée.
