The CAPUCIN is a cozy, functional small duplex, perfect for exploring the Emerald Coast. It includes a parking space. The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor (without an elevator) of a quiet residence, overlooking a small park. It is arranged as follows: - The living room with a dining table, a sofa, a TV, an open kitchen, and a mezzanine bedroom. - The kitchen is fully equipped (filter coffee maker, ceramic hob, and microwave oven). - The mezzanine bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm). - The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and a washing machine. An outdoor parking space completes this accommodation. For a pleasant stay, household linen is provided (bed sheets, one large and one small towel per person, tea towel, bath mat), along with a few samples (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, toilet paper, shower gel, and dishwashing liquid). The location of this peaceful apartment is ideal for a romantic getaway or a trip with friends on the Emerald Coast. The apartment and all its amenities are entirely at your disposal. As soon as your booking is confirmed, a link to your guest portal will be sent to you, including all the information about the accommodation. Self check-in is available with a keybox. For any requests for early check-in, or late check-out after 11 a.m., an additional fee will apply. A professional cleaning service is included in each reservation. However, we kindly ask you to leave the dishes clean and put away, and to gather used towels and bed linen in the bathroom. During your stay, we remain discreet but are available to assist you whenever you need.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Dinard. It is a 3-minute drive and less than 10 minutes by bike from Prieuré Beach. Just a few minutes by car, you will find the following shops: supermarket (Intermarché, Grand Frais, Lidl), bakery, pharmacy, and more. The apartment is easily accessible by car.
