Property info

This 90 m2 luxury single storey apartment located on the first floor (1 floor above ground floor) of a traditional arlesian building has been fully renovated and equipped. It includes a large living room of 55m2 with a fully equipped kitchen, two separate bedrooms, a small living room with a sofa couch and a modern bathroom, for a total of 6 guests. Equipment: - Linen (sheets, duvets, comforters, pillow cases ...) - Towels (towels and bathrobes) - Comfortable and spacious beds (160cm queen size bed in the first bedroom ,140cm double bed in the second bedroom and a comfortable 140cm sofa bed in the small living room). - Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher. - Crockery, cutlery, kitchen accessories (toaster, electric kettle ...) and cleaning products. - Heating, ventilation and air conditioning - Three 4K TV'S with Netflix, Youtube... - Fast and free WIFI internet access. - A Nespresso coffee machine with free pods. A secure underground public car park (CCTV and caretaker) is located nearby, the price depends on the length of stay (approximately ten euros per day).

Neighborhood info

The apartment is close to the Town Hall Square, the Church of St. Trophime, the Espace Van Gogh, the Amphitheatre, the Roman Theatre, the Baths of Constantine and many other sites of interest located in the historic center of Arles. This is a lively neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby but the apartment remains completely isolated and quiet. A secure underground public car park (CCTV and caretaker) is located nearby, the price depends on the length of stay (approximately ten euros per day).
