The property does not allow bikes or other large items inside the apartment.

Please note that a EUR 30 extra charge will apply if the apartment is rented for 2 guests and both beds are used. Please request this in the special request box at the time of booking. Guests are not allowed to bring their own bed linen.

Please note that guests planning on arriving after 20:00 must contact the property in advance.

Only dogs are accepted at the property. No other pets are allowed. A surcharge of €10 per night per dog applies.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
