Here, days are naturally shared between walks, the beach, and relaxation: lunch on the terrace, spa breaks, kids playing in the garden, pétanque games, then evenings by the fire. The house suits both family stays and holidays with friends. You will especially enjoy: - private wellness area with covered spa, sauna, and fitness corner - Amiets beach and GR34 trail just 2.8 km away - secluded garden - terraces to enjoy sunshine at different times of day - equipment for children - working fireplace - linens and cleaning included On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living space opening onto the terrace and garden with equipped kitchen, family dining area, and living room with fireplace. There is also 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a garage. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms: 1 children’s room (2 single beds) and 2 with double beds, plus 1 bathroom with bathtub and 1 separate WC. Outside, enjoy a private 700 m² garden with hedges, a south-facing wooden terrace with table, awning, and lounge chairs, a west terrace for evening sun, barbecue, pétanque court, and a children’s play area with swing and slide. Bikes are available on request. Please bring your helmets!

We will be very happy to welcome you to Le Cocon de Jules & Chloé. Before your arrival, you will receive a clear and practical welcome booklet (access, arrival, amenities, tips, and outing ideas). Arrival is possible independently via the key box. During your stay, we remain available if you need advice or a helping hand.

Cléder is an excellent starting point for exploring Brittany: GR34, nature, culture, and water activities (surfing, kiteboarding depending on the spots). Nearby: Roscoff (characterful town), Île de Batz, Plouescat, Brignogan, Les Abers. Beach distance: Amiets beach is 3 km away (beaches visible a few minutes by car, and easily accessible by bike).
