Nestled on the 2nd floor of a traditional Niçois building, it enjoys a rare double exposure and is designed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance, and the beach is a pleasant stroll away. The tram (3 stops to Place Masséna) and train station (5–10 minutes on foot) provide quick access to the city and surrounding areas. A public parking lot is available just 100m from the apartment. The apartment offers: • A bedroom with a double latex mattress (140x200cm) • A small bedroom with two bunk beds (70x200cm) • Access to the small bedroom is through the main bedroom • A sofa bed in the living room (extra charge applies for its use) • Sheets and towels are provided (renewed in early 2024) • 3 large fans, one per room The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, large fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complete dishware. Additional amenities: hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV with some international channels, fiber-optic WiFi. IMPORTANT: 1. Sofa bed use is subject to an extra fee. 2. This is a residential building — no noise after 10:30 PM.
