Exceptional duplex apartment with beautiful sea view, with the charm and character of a XVII century building, in a central location in Saint-Malo near beaches, restaurants and shops. The duplex kept the authentic character of its old construction with apparent stones and wooden beams and a massive fireplace. Both bedrooms on the upper floor also benefit from the sea view. The first level (corresponding to the second floor above the ground floor) is a large 40m2 living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, a living room corner with two sofas and another table for games or other activities. Whether sitting in the sofas, at the tables or at the bar, it will be hard to move your eyes off the sea. On the second level, a roomy space leading to the toilets, to the bathroom (equipped with tub and towel heater) and to the two bedrooms can also accommodate a foldable baby bed, ironing table and iron and clothes drying rack (all provided). The first bedroom, with sea view, contains 3 single beds, including two bunk beds. The second bedroom, also with sea view, contains a large double bed.

We have family origins in St Malo and regularly spend our holidays with our kids in the apartment which we fell in love with. The apartment is located between the Anse des Bas Sablons and the Anse Solidor, in an area praised by locals for its quietness contrasting with the tumult of « Intra Muros », the mildness of its south west exposure and the views of its XIV's century Solidor tower. Access: for those driving, there are three public & free parking lots (Solidor, Bas Sablons, Bas Sablons harbour) within 100m which is quite useful and rare in St Malo. There are electric vehicle charging station very close by as well. The train station 25 minutes away by foot, or 20minutes by bus. Intra muros is 15minutes away by foot, a nice walk around the bas Sablons beach. in the area: There are several restaurants and bars across the street, and shops within 5 minutes walking distance. There are four beaches within 5 minutes walking distance: Bas Sablons, anse solidor, St Père, Corbières. The Intra Muros and Sillon beaches are also 20 minutes away by foot. in terms of scenery, the walk around Cite d'Alet fortress and Solidor tower, starting a couple of hundred meters from the apartment is second to none in the Saint Malo area.
