Alan and Elodie are delighted to welcome you to their newly renovated, star-rated T2 duplex apartment, ideally located 6 minutes from Saint Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale and on the road to Mont St Michel. In the center of the beaches in a commune in the Pays de St Malo, you will have access to all amenities on foot, buses are also available to reach the places of your choice. Travel cot on request depending on availability. Linen on request for those who cannot bring one (departure before 10 a.m. if provided And supply possible even at the last minute). First roll of toilet paper and first garbage bag provided, cleaning must be done before your departure in order to leave the apartment as it was on your arrival. Cleaning option possible at 40 euros excluding dishes to be paid to the cleaning lady on site whom we will notify if you wish this option. I have a parking lot with 4 spaces, if it is full, many free spaces are available around (see photo). I will send you a detailed message with the codes via the booking. messaging system one week before your arrival. Please confirm receipt. I can be reached by message every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
