Property info

The property is an old shipbuilder's house a stone's throw from the Rhone, right across the bridge from the historic center of Arles. We are about a 5 minutes walk to the old town, with easy access to relaxing walks along the riverbanks. Our home offers 4 bedrooms, each have an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning: one on the 1st floor looking out on the patio and with a bath tub; two on the 2nd floor, one on the street side (still very calm) and the other on the patio; one on the 3rd and last floor, a little smaller under the eaves with a lovely view on the city center. You will also enjoy access to the salon and dining room, along with the patio, or courtyard. In the warmer months, our over 100 year-old Wisteria and Tulip Vines fill the patio with luscious green. Though we can't provide private parking, parking is free and secure in our neighbourhood.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood of Trinquetaille is quiet and cosy, with quick access to everything Arles and the surrounding area have to offer. Great views of the old city from across the river, and free parking to boot!
