A cozy and cute chalet, 10 minutes from the center of Nîmes on foot, 20 m² + an 18 m² bedroom on the mezzanine, in a small garden, air-conditioned, with Wifi, in a quiet area, with free parking in the street. The mezzanine has a large Queen size bed (160/200) + 2 extra single foam beds. The living room has a sofa convertible into a double bed. The chalet is located in a garden, with table, barbecue, and deckchair…. The garden is located in a building, in a suburban street. Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. To fight against escorting, the comings and goings of friends are prohibited. The chalet's kitchenette is an extra kitchen: please do not start cooking dishes that require long cooking.
A deposit in the form of a SWIKLY bank imprint will be required to cover any damages incurred during your stay. This deposit will only be charged in the event of damage to the accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
At the corner of the street you have a bakery, then another... You also have a shopping center 500 m away with Carrefour, Lidl, Leader Price, and a restaurant (music on weekends) the Seven Hills... You also have a 5-minute walk from the CGR cinema. The train station is a 10 minute walk away. The bullring is a 15/20 minute walk from the accommodation. You can get closer by car and park after the SNCF station, avenue Feuchère; in the evening, there are often places and they are free.
