Important information for our customers: This property offers exclusively for rent furnished tourist apartments. Unlike a hotel, our suites are all equipped with kitchens but we do not have reception staff or concierge. The arrival is completely autonomous (key boxes with 4-digit code). We do not offer breakfast and cleaning is only done before arrival and at departure of guests. Parking is free on the street and in the neighborhood. (No private parking in the residence but a disabled location) Located in Menton, the residence has been welcoming since 1984, holidaymakers who have come for sun, sea and rest. Formerly the resort of New Zealand writer Katherine Mansfied, who named the street of the residence after her.
