Located in the heart of the Loire Valley and its castles, between Tours and Amboise, in the center of the wine village of Vouvray, we welcome you to this charming and recently renovated house. You will appreciate it for its comfort, its environment and its quality equipments as well as for its proximity of the local shops and the main tourist sites of the area ... Ideal for a stay in couple, family or professional displacement. Built during the 20-30’s, with a surface of 60m² on two levels, it has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It is composed : - On the ground floor, a room of life with a living room (with TV) and a kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle, refrigerator, dishes, necessities ...), a south-facing private terrace with garden furniture, and a parking space for vehicles; - Upstairs, a large master bedroom with quality bedding (160X200), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90X190), a bathroom very bright with shower, and a separate toilet. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. It has two independent accommodations.

The house is located in the center of the wine village of Vouvray, in a typical street along the vineyard, in a quiet and pleasant environment. Many walks in the vineyards are possible from the house. A 5 minute walk, you will access to the main shops: bakeries, supermarket, delicatessen, butcher, deli food, press, pharmacy, restaurants, tourist office ... And a market on Friday morning. Sports areas are accessible in summer: swimming pool, tennis courts. But it is also a good starting point for running, bike rides, canoe rentals on the Loire ... The vineyards of Vouvray are very famous for its white and sparkling wines, we can recommend winemakers. From your accommodation, you can easily reach the castles of the Loire and vineyards, you are in a region listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
