The design decoration was chosen by a local architect. All rooms are bright with lake view. All rooms are equipped with bathroom. The mattress are top of the range in 160 by 200. All linen is provided. The kitchen open to the living room is very well equipped, everything is arranged and arranged. The living room has a large TV screen with orange channels. Outside you can park with 4 vehicles in a property closed by an automatic gate
I am a retired former restaurateur and I enjoy welcoming guests to the villa. I live in the house next door which allows me to be available in case of need or advice.
At the edge of the lake, you will be a few minutes from Annecy, the Venice of the Alps. We welcome you in calm and greenery.
