Cocoonr offers you this charming Breton house located in the heart of the village of Baden, so you can do everything on foot! The house can comfortably accommodate 5 travellers, and comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. You'll also enjoy the 30 m² backyard, ideal for summer evenings out with family or friends. It comprises a living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath). Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor - Living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and dining table for 5 people. - Separate fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery. First floor - Bathroom with bath, WC and washing machine - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) Second floor - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - On the mezzanine, a single bed For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. Outside: A private courtyard of 30 m² is accessible from the kitchen. The courtyard is enclosed by a gate. A second toilet is also available in the courtyard. There is furniture to make the most of the fine weather. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels included. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
