Enjoy the shared saltwater pool, children’s play area, pétanque court, and large terrace with barbecue at the Logis gîtes in Saint-Romain-de-Benet, hosted by the owners. A games room, table tennis, foosball, and a 5,500 m² garden are at your disposal. The property is shared with the owners and three gîtes. In the village center, you’ll find a bakery, butcher, and bar-tabac. Saujon is 7 minutes away, Royan and Saintes 15 minutes. A supermarket is 7 minutes away. Parking is 130 m away. Bed linen, tea towels, basic products, and groceries are provided on arrival. Beds made, towels, grocery delivery and storage, and cleaning are available for an extra charge. Arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., departure at 10 a.m. Late checkout at 12 p.m. possible for an extra charge. No parties or bachelor/bachelorette events allowed. Owners live on site.
