In the most beautiful private mansion on Cours Mirabeau built in 1655, under Louis XIV. Exceptional volumes, stylish decoration. Suites for 2 to 9 people; from 30 to 105 sqm. Very high quality bedding. Fully air conditioned and fully equipped kitchens. 1 The Deluxe Apartment, 105sqm is facing our backyard. It comes with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a very nice and stylish main room. Please note that the small bedroom with two single beds is more appropriate for kids (Low ceiling). 2 The Royal Suite with balcony, 104 sqm, is facing the Cours Mirabeau with 3 beautiful balconies. It comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an incredible main room with magnificent old fireplace. 3 The Deluxe Suite, 101 sqm, is facing the Cours Mirabeau with also 3 beautiful balbonies. It comes with 1 very big bedroom with it own balcony, one bedroom on a loft above the main room, and a tiny bedroom more appropriate for kids (lader access , low ceiling). Two bathrooms and a superb main room. 4 The Superior Apartment, 100 sqm, is facing the backyard. It comes with one very big bedroom, and a second bedroom with 2 dedicated area (one above the other, in the same room), two bathrooms and a big main room. 5 The Junior Terace Suite, 48sqm, is facing our backyard and our Terace. This 30sqm private terace will only be accessible by you. This suite also comes with a big bedroom above the main room, and a bathroom. 6 The Junior Suite with balcony, 48 sqm, is facing the Cours Mirabeau with a balcony surrounding the street. It comes with one bedroom (beware of the old wood beam on the ceiling), a beautiful main room and a bathroom. 7 The small Suite with balcony, 34 sqm, facing the Cours Mirabeau. It comes with a nice balcony. The bedoom is above the kitchen on a loft with a ceiling at 183 cm and an old wood beam crossing the ceiling (can be an issue for tall guests). A small main room and one bathroom. Our Spa area is open from 9 am. to 8 pm. and accessible to people over 18 years old.

Neighborhood info

We are located ON the famous Cours Mirabeau. Right in the middle, between the two “Mossy Fountains”, and facing south. Quite simply the best location to discover Aix en Provence. The Cours Mirabeau is in a pedestrian zone, therefore car-free. Ideal for a quiet stay. The Mignet and Rotonde car parks allow you to park nearby (330m)
