The swimming pool is open from April to October, weather permitting. Please note that the mandatory service charge fee is not included in the price and is due directly after booking. Please contact the reception in advance if you plan to arrive outside of the following opening hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 20:00. Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. Sunday: 09:00 to 11:00. The pool, snack bar and bread service are not available from November to April. The reception is only open on arrival and departure days during this period. For stays of 6 nights or fewer, bed linen and towels is included in the price, except in July and August. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen and towels are not included in the price.

Please note that end‑of‑stay cleaning must be carried out by you (otherwise additional fees will apply). The ‘final cleaning excluding kitchenette’ option can be booked at the reception desk for an additional charge

The residence accepts pets, with a maximum of two per accommodation, at a rate of €10 per night or €59 per week.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
