Festif Azur is a family company created in 2021 to manage the Villa Terra and the Loft, both located at 10bis rue Meynadier in Cannes. The 2 Villas are independent and can be rented together or separately. Our aim is to offer maximum comfort to our guests, whether they are professionals or private individuals. This exceptional location is less than 5 minutes' walk from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette.

A unique place with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large loft-style living room opening onto a delightful patio/garden with terrace, barbecue, summer kitchenette and lounge area. A haven of peace in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian street just 5 minutes' walk from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, the old port, the Forville market and Le Suquet. A prime location. The Loft is an independent villa with a large living room opening onto a charming garden/patio, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Wifi, luxury bedding. Deposit: two thousand euros by bank transfer.

Rue Meynadier is Cannes' historic shopping street. Pedestrianised from end to end, it is home to some of Cannes' best gourmet addresses (patissier, chocolatier, creamery, butcher, delicatessen, fishmonger, etc.) as well as numerous other shops. Restaurants in adjacent streets. 3 public car parks in the immediate vicinity PARKING FERRAGE MEYNADIER and PARKING SUQUET FORVILLE Approximately 72 euros for a 7-day pass PARKING PALAIS - Croisette Approximately 90 euros for a 7-day pass As rue Meynadier is pedestrianised, there is a delivery space at the beginning of the street where you can unload your luggage. It's very close, as the villa is located at number 10.
