Note: As our two dogs watch over the property, pets are not allowed. 🚗 Services & Practicality • Mobility: 220V/3kWh socket available for electric vehicles (upon request, additional fee applies). • Reception: Check-in between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. A pre-authorization (security deposit) via physical bank card (Visa/Mastercard) is required upon arrival and released upon departure. You will stay in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful perched villages, such as Gourdon, Valbonne, Saint-Paul de Vence, Mougins, Opio, and Vence, and just a stone's throw from Grasse, the world capital of perfume. Outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted by the numerous hiking trails, world-class golf courses, as well as nearby horse riding and tennis centers. 📍 An Ideal Location: • Cannes & La Croisette: 35 minutes. • Nice International Airport: 45 minutes. • Nice & the Promenade des Anglais: 50 minutes. 🚗 Your Freedom to Explore • To explore our iconic villages, hidden coastal paths, and alpine panoramas with peace of mind, using a small vehicle (city car or two-wheeler) is the key to a successful getaway. This will give you total freedom to fully enjoy every moment before returning to the calm and serenity of your accommodation in the evening. • Always use the main routes: Motorway (Axx) and Departmental road (Dxxxx). We advise against following the 'shortcuts' suggested by GPS, as they can lead to narrow and winding secondary roads. 💡 Good to know: • Parking: One parking space per room is provided free of charge on the property. • Accessibility: Exceptional events (sports competitions, roadwork, or natural events) can occasionally lead to temporary road diversions on the French Riviera.
