Only 9-10 minutes' walk from Villefranche Sur Mer's old town, you will find this luxurious penthouse in a beautiful residence. The apartment was renovated to a very high standard in 2015 lead by a Scandinavian interior architect. The terraces, with a total area of 36 m2, enjoy a lovely panoramic views of the bay of Villefranche, Cap Ferrat and towards Beaulieu Sur Mer. The apartments enjoy sun from morning to late afternoon. All rooms have access to their own terrace. Several parking spaces The apartment has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds. There is a private bathroom in the master bedroom, while the second bedroom has its own bathroom (without toilet) The master bedroom is also equipped with a single bed. In addition, there is a cot and high chair for small children. The apartment is equipped with tv, dvd / stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need except for the microwave Interaction with guests Possibility for maid service during stay for an extra fee. Code lock to enter the residence and apartment.
