Our house has a soul because we lived there for several years and our children grew up there. This atmosphere, you will see, you will feel at home! - You will find on site everything you need for your first lunch: tea, coffee, milk, chocolate, orange juice, sugar, toast. - Our sunny course will allow you to enjoy the outside of the house, even to store your bikes if you have decided to travel the region on two wheels. - The house is equipped with Japanese steps to go up to the upper floors. So if you have problems moving around, this accommodation is not recommended for you or those around you. - You have wide possibilities of free parking spaces for you to park within 20 meters of the house and with a little luck, just opposite. - And then the city center is not very far... 10 minutes on foot! which ensures peace and absolute calm around the house.
We make it a point of honor to welcome you, whatever the time of your arrival, to present the premises and guide you to discover the city and its surroundings, the festivals, concerts and events in the region. To reassure you, we will always be not far away if necessary.
The house is located in the Mouleyrès district. In antiquity, the hill, carrying the future district of Mouleyrès, brought the Aurelian way (coming from Rome) to the gate of Augustus. In the 15th century, the Molar was the northeastern part of the place, where seventeen windmills were listed, out of the twenty-one that the town then had. In 1743, they were twenty. At the end of the 19th century, Van Gogh will represent the only mill still existing today on rue Mireille. You will find a few steps from your place of residence the city center, the bullring, the Luma tower, and all the amenities: bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, grocery store, wine cellar, train station,... And then for those who want to do some sport, you can follow the Vigueirat canal and do a sporty loop up to 12 km for the most ambitious!
