We welcome you to our 1 star rated holiday home in a simple and relaxed atmosphere, ideally located close to all the main attractions and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property also offers secure parking inside for up to three cars. The house is located in the center of Cassis — just a 3-minute walk to the port, the main beach, and nearby shops. With a surface area of 80 m², the house features three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a living room with dining area and relaxation area with a sofa, a bathroom, separate toilet, a shaded terrace, as well as a barbecue, outdoor furniture for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and a loggia at the back. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the property's vegetable garden, with tomatoes, herbs and seasonal fruits and vegetables, which you can pick and enjoy as you please whilst admiring Cap Canaille.
