Perched on the hills of Nice, located 4 km from the city center, our house is surrounded by a 1000 m² garden with an orchard, vegetable garden, olive tree, pond, and a small Japanese garden. The room we offer is 35 m² with a private entrance and a private bathroom. You will appreciate the absolute tranquility, the feeling of being in the countryside, while being just a few km from the city center. For breakfast: we provide everything you need in the room: tea, coffee, milk, cereal, sandwich bread, jam, honey, and other products upon request. A car is essential as there are no amenities within walking distance. Allow 7 minutes by car for a bakery, rotisserie, butcher, and Proxi supermarket. The studio is spacious, with a large bed and a large wardrobe. Air-conditioned and well-insulated (new house). The library is at your disposal. Wi-Fi and TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix. All linens needed for your stay are provided. The kitchen is functional and fully equipped. A washing machine is available. A yoga fitness room is also available. Depending on the season, we offer fruits and vegetables from the garden as well as fresh eggs (we have 8 chickens). You can charge your car for free of charge with us (Green Up plug with a special charger that charges twice as fast as a conventional outlet).

We love to host and can help you plan your stay if you wish, just as we can remain discreet. Xavier speaks French and English. Nadja speaks French, English, German, Spanish, and some Italian. We work from home, so we are quite flexible about arrival and departure times. If you don't book the day before, you can arrive from 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

If you wish to use public transportation, Bus 75 stops right in front of our house. It runs approximately every 30 minutes, but be aware that there are no buses after 8 p.m. You can stroll through Estienne d'Orves Park, a 10-minute walk away. For getting around, a car is highly recommended.
