After living a busy life in London for 18 years, we decided to make the move to southwest France to enjoy country life, along with our dogs Polly and Pippin and Miel Miaow our cat. We love living in Fayssac, and are renovating the house ourselves,​ but our favourite thing is sharing this wonderful lifestyle and very special home with others. At Maison Murier you’ll find relaxed, homely service with stylish interiors and a uniquely warm and welcoming vibe from the moment you arrive. Toulouse Airport is only a 50 minute drive from our gate. Pick ups from the airport or local train stations can be arranged on request, or we have ample and secure onsite parking. Welcome to Maison Mûrier, a little bit of heaven in the French countryside. If you want to escape the stress of your busy life, enjoy a delicious breakfast, wine from our local vineyards and beautiful views, look no further. ​ Maison Murier offers beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms which are all ensuite and feature bio toiletries. Breakfast is served in our farmyard kitchen or on our sun terrace then you might like to explore any number of the beautiful surrounding villages, take a walk through the fields or just chill-out by the pool or on the sun terrace, which has stunning views of the countryside. We are vegetarian- and vegan-friendly. We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Everyone is welcome at Maison Murier! It is our pleasure to open Maison Murier up to guests.

Neighborhood info

Our village has aprox 300 residents and is centred in an area known as The Golden Triangle, between Gaillac, Corde sur Ciel and Albi. There are dozens of charming villages and vineyards just a short drive away in any direction, In July and August lots of the vineyards open for evening music and wine tasting, these are called Apero Concerts. If you like sport the village has a shared tennis/basketball court, pétanque can be played in the village square or in our garden, there are swimming lakes with water sports, horse riding and hiking tracks very close by. For those that like a more leisurely pace of life there are lots of museums, art galleries and gardens to visit.
