## The space We offer in a small hamlet a recent family house of 85m² that can accommodate 6 people. You will enter a large and bright living room composed of a kitchen and a lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher and a kitchen kit for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge , 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwashing tablet and a kitchen towel) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) which will not be provided. The living area is equipped with a wall-mounted television, a coffee table and a comfortable sofa to spend pleasant evenings with the family. We offer a free and unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection. The living room also gives access, through a large glass door, to the garden of approximately 450m² where you will find everything you need to have a good time outside; table, chairs, deckchairs to enjoy the sun and of course the essential barbecue for summer or winter for the bravest. The rest of the house consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms, toilets and a bathroom with bathtub. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper. We have two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bedroom ideal for children with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own dressing room, practical for stays of a few days or more. Leave with peace of mind! We provide you with all linens, towels and clean sheets. ## Guest access Arrive is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure). The entrance to the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box. ## The neighborhood The house is only a few minutes walk from the banks of the Cher. It's a chance to enjoy bucolic walks or bike rides. We are located 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Amboise and the Château de Chenonceau. Amboise is a must! Let yourself be seduced by the historic city which opens its doors to the last resting place of the famous Leonardo Da Vinci. Different adventures are available to you during your stay: canoeing, hot air balloon flight over the Château de Chenonceau, horseback riding... And just 40 minutes away, the Zoo Parc de Beauval, the 4th most beautiful zoo in the world! A 5 min drive will take you to Azay-sur-Cher where you will find everything you need: an Intermarché and its Drive, a grocery store offering local products, a pharmacy, bakeries, a newsagent, restaurants … ## Getting around Tours is 20 minutes away by car; you can also opt for the bus from Athée-sur-Cher (35 min) or the train from St-Martin-le-Beau (23 min).
