“Größe der Wohnung ist perfekt Ausstattung top. Die Lage war perfekt 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand 2 Minuten zu einem kleinen einkaufsladen wo man alles kriegt falls man was braucht und der nächste große Supermarkt ist auch gerade mal 10 Minuten...”

Climatisé, meublé et équipé pour deux personnes. Tous commerces sur place. Stationnement gratuit autour du Port. Descriptif et équipements : Joli petit studio 18m2 meublé et équipé avec sa Terrasse dallée et rez de jardin de 20m2 . Store . Transats . Douche italienne, réfrigérateur congélateur, plaques vitrocéramique, lave linge, Smart TV grand écran Bouygues box , WiFi , canapé lit BZ haute qualité en 140, vaisselle, micro onde, climatisation ... Linge de maison : Draps, couettes, serviettes de toilette. Plein sud west , ensoleillé toute la journée Calme absolu , lumineux . Vue sur les jardins, aperçu sur le Port la Mer.
