Charming duplex apartment with private entrance, in the heart of the village of Cassis. Close to shops (restaurants, bakery, etc.) and the town's main attractions. A stone's throw from the charming little port and famous Provencal market.
Elegant duplex apartment in the heart of the village, bright and recently tastefully decorated. (1st floor: living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and WC // 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, shower room and WC). with a surface area of approx. 55m2 and 2 bedrooms, this charming apartment will delight you. Ideally located in the heart of the village, close to stores, boutiques and numerous restaurants. The port is 150 meters away and the main beach 200 meters. A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer) opens onto the living room. A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a shower room and a second toilet. Steps are required to reach the entrance and others to reach the bedroom on the second floor. Pay parking nearby "Les Mimosas". IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Bed linen and towels are NOT included, but are available as an optional extra to be paid for on site (20e per room). Please inform us when booking.
Located in the heart of the village. You won't need a car to discover Cassis from the apartment.
